Exchange and Refund Policy
- Please share an opening video with us along with your feedback to claim a defective exchange or return.
- An opening video is required for defective exchange claims.
- For color or quality issues, the exchange tag, bill, and original foldings should remain intact (the saree should not be opened).
- The saree must be shipped by the customer to our address at their expense within 5 days of the delivery date.
- The shipping cost paid by the customer will be provided as a voucher code for the next order.
- For Prime members, a free return pickup will be arranged by us.
- The product was delivered in the last 7 days.
- Fill in all the details about your reason for exchange and select the new product you want to exchange it with through whatsapp and pay the difference amount shown through online [ phone pay -8431974540 or GooglePay - 8748807020 ]
- The product is in good condition and not used.
- The product is the same as we sent to you.
- Saree Folding's and tag should be intact, if in case saree is opened ie broken folding's are not eligible for color or quality exchange.
- You may now proceed to send the package back to us, It must reach within 5 Days for domestic delivery[ Considering date of delivered to customer ]
- For Full Price Products, If the product does not reach us within 7 days from date of delivery then that product is not eligible for return.
- For offered / Sale price Products does not reach within 7 days from the date of delivery then , product is not eligible for return /exchange.
- One the exchange order is received our team will review your request for exchange within 24 hours.
- After your exchange request is approved, Customer have to sent package to our Address and amount spent by the customer will be waived off for next order.
- Your new exchange product will be dispatched, only after we receive old product and examine the product received from you by our team.
- You can get a full refund of the product you don’t want if it is damaged or has a different colour or a wrong product is sent to you. We although suggest our customer to exchange the product with any other product in our site but if you still want to return than you can get refund within 7 days once we receive and examine the product.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any product that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion
- Only the first-time shipping across India is free. For subsequent exchanges, the customer must pay ₹100 as shipping charges for the exchanged product.
- Due to recent fake COD orders, we will only ship COD orders if the customer confirms their order via WhatsApp chat and pays a ₹100 advance. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of delivery. (The reason for the ₹100 advance is that many customers place COD orders but either don't answer the delivery calls or reject the order without checking the products. Hence, this new policy is added as part of our terms and conditions.)
- Products are not eligible for exchange or return without an opening video.
- The customer must inform us about any exchange requests via WhatsApp at 8073357788 within 2 days of delivery, along with the opening video and reason for the exchange.
