Terms of service

  • Products should be either purchased from our websites or Authorized resellers.
  •  If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order gets shipped, the whole amount will be refunded without any questions asked. 
  • If the cancellation is after your product has shipped then you need to wait for the product to arrive and you can request for a replacement or refund once you receive the product. 
  • The product package should not be opened in case you want cancel order which is no longer required
  • The deadline for replacing or exchanging an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the product
